Adidas x Stark

Blind Pig's very first direct collaboration with The Walt Disney Company team was creatively challenging, exhilarating and genuinely fun! 

From the offset, we were tasked with developing a visual for the special edition adidas© trainer collection inspired by Marvel's Stark Industries. Based on the trainers' designs, early packaging concepts and the visual world of the Stark Industry offices and UI from the Iron Man and Avengers movies, we crafted a concept that allowed us to reveal the limited edition shoes in true Marvel style. 

Using Cinema 4D, we refined the supplied CAD data of each shoe in 3D and brought them to life in abstract environments filled with 2D graphical elements and designs via After Effects. After the addition of an original music track and Stark-inspired sound effects by our in-house composer Joe, we polished the animation with a final comp and colour grade.

We are mighty proud to have been such a big part of this epic collaboration between Disney, Marvel and adidas©.
